TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS

BEFORE YOU TAKE THE COURSE

Submit a request to Lillian McDavid for participation in the tuition reimbursement program on the Tuition Request Form. Forms have been sent to your school site.
If your request is approved, you will receive the gold copy with the signed approval indicated. KEEP THIS FOR YOUR RECORDS.
Submit an itemized listing of tuition and fees.

AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE COURSE

Send a copy of the grade report to Lillian McDavid verifying completion of the course with a grade of ‘B’ or better.

Registration
- Fall Semester: September 1st

Spring Semester: Feb 1st
Summer School: August 1st

Grades

First Semester: January 15^th
Second Semester: May 15^th
Summer School Courses: August 15^th

Reimbursement
