REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS
BEFORE YOU TAKE THE COURSE
- Submit a request to Lillian McDavid for participation in the tuition
reimbursement program on the Tuition Request Form. Forms have
been sent to your school site.
- If your request is approved, you will receive the gold copy with
the signed approval indicated. KEEP
THIS FOR YOUR RECORDS.
- Submit an itemized listing of tuition and fees.
AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE COURSE
- Send a copy of the grade report to Lillian McDavid verifying
completion of the course with a grade of ‘B’ or
better.
