The JROTC Staff would like to welcome all new cadets to the JROTC
department and welcome back all former cadets. We have an exceedingly
eventful semester before us. I anticipate all cadets are geared up and eager
to undertake all tasks that lie ahead. Soon ahead of us is Acts of Kindness
Week during the week of Valentines Day. We will be participating in various
activities through out that week such as cleaning buses here at school, and
visiting residents at the Edwin Morgan Center. Soon after, we will be
starting our JROTC fundraiser for this semester. On the 20th of this month,
we will be competing in a regional rifle match at Lumberton High School in
Lumberton. We look forwards to a remarkable semester.

The Army JROTC Cadet Creed
I am an Army Junior ROTC cadet.
I will always conduct myself to bring credit to my family, country, school, and corps of cadets.
I am loyal and patriotic. I am the future of the Untied States of America.
I do not lie, cheat, or steal and will always be accountable for my actions and deeds.
I will always practice good citizenship and patriotism.
I will work hard to improve my mind and strengthen my body.
I will seek the mantle of leadership and stand prepared to uphold the Constitution and the American way of life.
May God grant me the strength to always live by this creed.
