Guidance is an integral part of the Smaller Learning Community concept. For each academy/school, there will be a guidance counselor who will offer intensive counseling and support for students, teachers and parents. With a much smaller ratio of counselor to students, each counselor will be able to work closely within his/her assigned academy/school to build stronger relationships and to foster success for every student.
