In order for a Charter Company to be added to the above list, they must submit the following documents:

1. Current Certificates of Insurance in the amount of $5 million(minimum) with Scotland County Schools listed as the certificate holder.
2. Motor Carrier Policies of Insurance for Public Liability –MCS90B
3. Evidence of USDOT numbers and FMCSA letter.
4. Policy or statement on overbooking and subcontracting including a list of subcontractors. Any company to be used as a subcontractor must be on the above approved list.
5. Date of last compliance review and copy of the review.
6. Statement of how often and on what schedule driver’s license or motor vehicle records, (MRV) checks are performed on drivers.
   
7. List of vehicles, including description, company vehicle unit #,Vehicle Identification number(VIN), license tag number.
8. Copy of periodic safety inspections for each vehicle within last 12 months.
9. List of all current drivers, including the date of each driver’s last medical certification and the CDL expiration date.
